I'm using a Moto G without LTE... Waiting on other snapdragon 845 phones before deciding on one.
I've always had trouble with cable companies and THEIR modem.
Been a smooth sail ever since I purchased my own modem.
Would it be possible to use a video recording to determine if it's a software or hardware issue?
For example OP records game play using OBS in software encoding and lets say the video shows no random flickers. Is it safe to conclude a hardware fault from that point?
