I got a server, when everyone starts playing 6v6, sourcemod just don't work. I don't know how to proceed, just want plugins and anything working again.

An admin sent me an email for my trade offer URL so he/she could send me my winnings directly but its been two days and not a word.Same for me, I got my items that I bet and admin asked for my trade offer URL to send the winnings, but I still didn't get them. I sent the URL like 5-6 days ago.
Same here, I sent the URL more than a week ago, still no response.

Hi everyone!
I am looking for someone that can mentor me to improve my gameplay.
I am currently dying a lot and positioning badly.
My main problems:
-positioning
-lack of calm in important moments (waiting for uber when defeding and attacking)
-right healing (I sometimes fail in healing the certain player)
-more courage (I get afraid about enemy scouts and roamers)
