hopefully the last time i have to ask, same prerequisite as in the last posts but focus has shifted from tf2 to wow and monster hunter which i would like to stream on medium/high graphics 1080p and the budget is now 1600 euros, either ger or uk partpickers work since prices in finland are rigged as fuck.

I have returned to ask for your services again. Current PC is dreadful so would rather not wait for a month or so to build a new one. 1500e budget to build a PC that can run and stream tf2 in 1080p with 200+ fps and run new games (mainly looking at monster hunter world) with 60+ fps with good graphics. If the budget doesnt allow for such a rig I would rather just pay more rather than sacrifice in fps.

so i was planning on getting a new pc but im a total monglet when it comes to pcs so i need all the help
all of the current parts are pretty much obsolete so a fresh build that can run and stream tf2 on 1080p on ~200 fps and run new games such as monster hunter world and rainbow 6 siege on ~100 fps
budget is somewhere between 1200-1500 euros, no need for monitors and peripherals
