#8 Instrumentals in Off Topic
KerchSome of my favourites:

Joe Satriani
Canvas Solaris
Animals as Leaders
Scale the Summit
Pelican

ohhhh yes. saw them open up for coheed&cambria/circa survive a few years back. their live performance is 10x more impressive than on CD, which is still really good.

i listen to a lot more ambient/math-rocky instrumental bands, so i won't post those. but a good, instrumental, heavy-ish band is and so i watch you from afar. check out "the letters EP" to get you started.

good, capable medic who deserves some tryouts. he's a good, positive mumble personality as well.

#47 Protein Powder in Off Topic
cookiejoddvisitnigPlatinumisopure is straight up protein, no carb/sugar fillers. But its also only 2.5lbs and costs $45. I can get same amount from optimum nutrition for the same price. Tbh I would rather just spent the money saved from buying a cheaper protein on creatine which probably helps just as much when it comes to working outcreatine monohydrate is a whole other beast - i would never compare it with any protein in relation to how the aforementioned supplements would effect your workout. they are two vastly different products.protein =/= creatine.

for fastest results you can take both. (note that creatine occurs naturally in your body)
To put it in basic terms, creatine simply creates water weight.

creatine does a bit more than just create water weight (which is miniscule to begin with if you are drinking enough water) and again, is not really comparable to just a protein powder. here is a examine.com overview if you'd like to read up more about it: http://examine.com/supplements/Creatine/

remedybroken down foods like shakes are the best protein after a workout since your body absorbs more of it and faster

do you have a source for this information?

#26 Protein Powder in Off Topic

mirroring what others have said, most whey protein powders are the exact same - you just pay for brand and/or other fillers that may have been added.

conversely, protein powder isn't necessary for muscle growth and should be used as it is: a supplement to your diet. i'm on a caloric deficit and find that i would rather spend my calories eating whole food that contains protein, rather than drinking a liquid version.

whatever the goal you may have is (gain muscle, shed fat, cut weight, etc.), realize that nutrition is far more important than what you lift or much you do cardio.

feel free to add me if you'd like. i could assist you with finding out your personal nutrition and macronutrient needs based upon the goals you have in mind.

edit: to answer your immediate question, i like both progenex and musclemilk products. both have great flavor, and musclemilk products tend to be found cheaply at walmart/target/cvs/etc

#14 Cloridium LFT in Recruitment (looking for team)

mirroring what others said, I really enjoy playing with Clor. he is a color-analyst pocket, which makes playing medic for him a lot comfortable than others; you always know what's around the corner, what's ahead of you, etc. he's a positive mumble energy and his DM is spot on. he deserves a starting spot on an open team who is dedicated to winning.

good luck!

not sure why the minus frags - buckweet is stating legitimate points with legitimate, cited information. I'm curious about this as well.

#4 Issues with Internet in Hardware

if it is your internet connection:
http://www.dslreports.com/forums/all

register a name, find your ISP and make a post with this relevant information. highly trained tech employees of your ISP work on these forums and might be able to assist you further.

i was having internet troubles (CONSTANT, intermittent internet drops) and made a post here. a tech from my ISP asked for my IP, and within 24 hours i had 3 techs at my house working from the outside/in replacing and tweaking things, and also got 3+ months free of service for my troubles. this was of course after 3 months of 10+ different techs coming to my house and literally doing nothing.

worth a shot - good luck!
