Soldier LF mid open team

I have a few seasons of UGC platinum under my belt as soldier (one as pocket, one as roamer) and a few month's experience scrimming as medic on a high open team.
I'd like to be scrimming a minimum of 4 nights a week, so mon-thurs without fail, and anywhere up to 6 (I'd like to have either friday or saturday off).
