#12 deathadder optimal settings in TF2 General Discussion
Not_MatlockNo one has found out the native DPI of the DA 2013 sensor. 1600 is probably the most likely though. I use 400 on mine. The DPI steps are also unknown, but this is what some people think.
I assume its native steps are quotients of 6400 dpi and 6400 itself. So probably 3200, 1600, and maybe 800 and 400 and probably other combinations between 800(?) and 6400 depending on what the smallest native dpi step really is.http://www.overclock.net/t/1391333/has-anyone-confirmed-the-deathadder-2013-native-dpi-and-steps

And as always, use a polling rate of 1000.

i think i read somewhere that a lower dpi is worse since the mouse may skip or something.. I'm probably completely wrong though. Also what does having a "native" DPI for a mouse do? sorry for asking a lot of questions, i don't know very much about topics like these.

#1 deathadder optimal settings in TF2 General Discussion

hello. i just received my deathadder 2013 in the mail today and downloaded razer synapse 2.0 on my computer. I'm wondering if there are any optimal DPI, polling rate, or any other settings that work best with this mouse. To avoid confusion, i am basically asking if there is a setting that actually makes the mouse perform better (no skipping, faster response, better tracking) and not really anything that has to do with personal preference. thank you

#37 Transparent viewmodels concept in Customization

When u do this, is it basically like a re skin of the specific weapon? like if you're using the rocket launcher transparent image and u switch to the direct hit, will it make the direct hit transparent or would it make the direct hit normal or would it still have the transparent image of the default? also since you're only allowed two images when u switch to your melee what would happen? And is there no reload animation? I'm just kinda confused about how this whole thing works but i think it's a really cool idea.
