nightwatchPerhaps a script got mangled and now auto-checks updates? I can't remember the exact command but it defaults to "J" keypress, perhaps somehow it got rebound to something silly like m1 or spacebar....?

thats the notifications that make sound and pop up on the side of the screen. The one we are talking about is the whole screen popup like the one you get after making a trade.

The game will notify you of receiving tf2 items while alive with no clear triggers, covering your entire screen. Both me and reaL have been experiencing this.
Another issue is the game crashing whenever loading when alt tabbed(only applies to full screen)
Has anyone else experienced these issues or know how to fix them?
