I think about my waifu and how I could get a cute gf like her faster if I stuck to healthy eating and regular exercise. Looking at pretty anime girls inspires me to work harder and stick to my diet no matter how difficult it might be at times. I just have to remind myself of her and I lose any urges to eat junk food or be lazy.
