Generally AUS is in a better place than the rest of the world in regards to COVID, and we are fully prepared to do whatever is needed to ensure that it's not an issue come LAN time.

This is an issue of Australia's travel restrictions, and probably wouldn't be allowed unfortunately.

We have some fantastic news for our fellow North American players that, as of today Chicago has a new provider that will take the role as our primary provider for that location.

Here are some measurable benefits that you should experience:

1. Much faster server booking times
   
2. Much faster server unbooking times
   
3. Our team can deliver faster updates to our images
   
4. 80gbps DDOS protection on bookings with this provider
   
5. Increased resources should inhibit the ready-up crashing issue
   
6. Eliminating the rcon issue that plagues the previous provider

Thank you for the continued feedback we receive from our members, and we will continue in trying to deliver actionable responses to that end.

EXTRA: Although this is our new primary provider, the previous provider will continue to be used as a backup. Furthermore, section 4 in the updates above does mention DDOS protection, but we will still advise you to follow our recommendations outlined in our documentation (https://docs.qixalite.com/support/help/services/bk-service.html#avoiding-attacks-on-servers) to avoid getting attacked in the first place.

Given clearcut is on it's 5th season in NA and is now being played in ozfortress and AsiaFortress, and villa is being played for a 3rd season in NA untested is a bit of a stretch.
