#12 S15 whitelist file in TF2 General Discussion

Stats are wrong, it still reloads slower, test it if you'd like, but it is an upgrade.

#7 LFT Open Medic (backup or main) in Recruitment (looking for team)

Chillest guy I know. He has been playing for a long time and I think the only thing to scare him from playing was his ping. Honestly though he will do excellently in open. He also has excellent stories about Malaysian hookers.

#16 DDoS for TF2: How should we handle it? in TF2 General Discussion
crespiWe have two people on our team who just moved into college this week and barely have their belongings set up, this is the only day that we could make this happen. And the worst part, is that they're trying to make us reschedule this.

This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating for us, because we absolutely have little to no other time in the next several days that we can play this match again.

So, let's say we somehow manage to find a day in a reasonable timeframe to play again; what's stopping this from happening tomorrow? Or the next day? Or the day after that?

Who knows how long this could keep going. Bottom line is ESEA needs to figure out a way to prevent this from happening, or it will just keep happening.

When it happened to our team last season we had to go through a lot of prevention measures. Sadly I don't think ESEA cares enough to do anything so it's going to be on both teams to use different mumbles and protect themselves. Sorry to hear you guys might not get your players :(. Hopefully it all works out and we see a good finals.

#17 gls lft scout in Recruitment (looking for team)
OblivionageinsomDude has been pugging with us every since messiah brought him in. Kids ridiculous. Don't know about his game sense but his dm is there and that's all you need for scout amiright? Pick him up, seems super chill too.
ik you're joking but solid aim is not gonna cut it in the higher level of tf2 so gl finding a team gls if you have an open mind you will learn very quickly

Not to start a flame war or anything, but that's all scout really needs at any level of TF2, especially for high open or low IM. Trust me I played scout.

Welp, it didn't fix it, it only delayed the inevitable. Everything froze again, maybe my mobo is dying sigh.

#16 TF2 causing USB problems in Hardware
crespiHere's something I pulled off a quick google search. It's a pretty comprehensive explanation but it more or less explains the problem.
Several things can contribute to the addition of ghost devices in the Windows Device Manager. Some of these include adding or removing hardware, changes to tape drives or tape libraries, failure to use persistent binding, static indexing or hard ALPAs on storage area network (SAN) equipment. These sort of things allow changes to the SCSI device path presentation of a device to the operating system. These "ghost" devices can retain Port, SCSI, Target, and logical unit number (LUN) information that conflict with the active devices being used by Windows. Under these circumstances, hardware instability can result.
Glad it seemed to help so far. Hope it fixes it 100% You should reboot your computer now though, just for good measure.

Also, it seems that someone was +fragging my posts and -fragging yours. I think someone is trying to make me look like an asshole.

I plus fragged you actually.

thrasherHave you been using all the same peripherals for a while or is there a new addition in there? Also, have you recently updated drivers or firmware for any of those peripherals?

The mouse is the newest, but I've had it for over two months now, I didn't update any drivers.
