i wanna give my own thoughts to some of your tips
1. silencers are not necessarily bad, the good thing about them that a lot of people seem to overlook (specially newer players) is that when you shoot at somebody with a silenced gun they don't get the white damage warning thing that gives away your position, which is what you want to avoid as a roamer. honestly it just comes down to preference
5. sights are just preference as well, although arguably the reflex sight blocks the least of your vision compared to red dot and holo (i love the red dot on pulse's gun btw that shit is so good to tap with)
8. tbf you can get away with having everything on low except for LOD quality since it allows you to see reinforced walls from the other side easier (as in, the X's of the reinforced walls dont fade away when you are far away from them so it's just easier to tell)
but generally what you said is right, also i'd like to add that aspect ratio is also good to change to what you feel comfortable with, so you should just try them out see which one you like since they change how your sights look
for example 4:3 makes it easier to aim with sights that arent the acog since its more zoomed in but it makes acog be a little harder to aim cus of the zoom
