phraxsmurfing in cs is attractive because you can solo stomp the enemy team and it's fun to feel powerful
tf2 smurfing may be a problem but I doubt it because it's more fun to play with players at/above your level than below and it's much more difficult to hard carry a team
gl going against 1 or 2 invite scouts if ur team is like silver
