#5 what you look for when looking for players in TF2 General Discussion

that's usually how it goes but it doesn't necessarily mean nobody will consider you if you're unknown but you have to put in the effort to get noticed by performing well

#3 what you look for when looking for players in TF2 General Discussion

good thread

the top 2 things i look for are consistent comms and humility.

comms are like 50% of the game and it's one of the easier things to get down so it's a pretty good foundation.

as for humility, having a teammate who is unable to say "yeah guys, i fucked up. my bad" makes it really hard to get past obstacles. on the same note its equally as annoying when someone constantly fucks up but thinks saying sorry makes up for it without actually needing to improve.

#8 Looking for cheap decent mouse in Hardware
hurrykannJermPosted this on a different thread, G100s for $12, free shipping instead of $40Interesting, do anyone happen to know if it's possible to do frankenstein transplant from a g100s to something else that has a better form?

i bought a cheapo g303 on ebay that turned out to have a fucked up sensor, possibly fake chinese manufacturing but it had returns so no harm done

#10 mouse for big hand in Hardware

my hand is 8.5 inches from pinky to thumb stretched for reference. ive been using g400-style mice fo 6 years but the other day i went to best buy and tried the rival 400 300 and boy did it fit like a glove. that will definitely be my next mouse purchase. my roommate also has a za11 and that also feels really good but isn't ergonomic like the rival. I'd be happy with either so definitely look into these 2.
