Does "Higher CPU priority" and "Ultraaccelerator" help at all with overall server quality? I understand that "Higher CPU priority" kicks in when their box is under heavy load, but how often does that happen with NFO? As for "Ultraaccelerator", it's meant to increase tickrate but since orangebox games are capped at 66.6... tick then the only thing this option will have bring is having the server running on linux. Is a linux server better than a windows server?
