see if you can see avatars with another device, like your phone, connected to the same network as your pc, if the problem persists then it means your router is blocking them somehow. if the problem only happens on your pc then you might have your firewall poorly configured.

so there might be some conflict with your client downloading a blank favorites list or something iunno
