DrewI almost got T-boned by a fucking school bus in my honda civic while I was taking a right. The idiot wasn't paying any attention to me at all, only looking for room down the street past me to merge probably.
It was a weird intersection. Basically a T intersection with another angled street next to the "vertical" one. If there's such thing as a pie intersection that would be it.
That sounds exactly like the intersection right outside of IMS in Indy. Do these abominations really exist elsewhere?

Apparently 360's Kinect picked up what it thinks were voice commands directed at it from the stream. So if someone was watching the stream on their 360 (which is going to be even better with Xbox One™!!!), then it paused, or went to the menu, etc.

DarkNecridvilei think i'm a little late, but it looks like huds don't break anymore.
HUDs only break if they change something in the HUD files tho.
This shouldn't happen, unless they change a keyword, due to having everything in the custom folder. These won't get overwritten.

Trying to set up two monitors

I recently got an Asus VG248QE, and it's amazing. Only problem is that in order to use anything above 60 Hz, I have to use the DVI-I port instead of the DVI-D port. However, this is a problem because my secondary monitor is VGA, and my converter only connects to DVI-I; this means I cannot use my secondary monitor.
Well, I lied, I can use it, but I'd have to plug it into my motherboard's VGA port, but when I did that with the CRT I was using, that just caused a lot of problems. So my only real options are using my new monitor with Displayport, buying a Displayport adapter, or buying a new video card.
My current video card is an HIS Radeon HD 6870. It's pretty good in TF2, but in other games it starts to show its faults. In Battlefield 3 I couldn't maintain 30 fps on Ultra, but Low generally hovers around 90, going as low as 60 and sometimes higher than 144. I mainly play TF2 though.
So which option is the best for my money? The most cost-effective option seems to be just getting a Displayport cable, but I don't even know if it works with 144 Hz, and maybe it's time for a GPU upgrade (this is the only part besides my SSD and HDD that was reused for my current computer from my old computer).

Okay, that was a little too awkward. I'm glad you're both ok.
It was a very good thing that you had no passengers with you at the time. I don't see how anyone could have survived that on the right side.

Server running older version of the game

Are you using HLDS or SteamCMD? Valve discontinued support for HLDS for TF2 a few days ago, so if you're using that, you'll need to reinstall everything with SteamCMD.
If you're using SteamCMD, then submit a ticket ask someone who knows more about servers than me.
