doesn't work just like the old version and does the exact same thing, just says "Starting TF2" for like 5-10 minutes then opens the registry as if it crashed without even opening.

ikpureEasiest way to fix it is by going into your lawena folder and deleting the file called tfdir.lwf. Then launch lawena, it will ask for your tf directory, what you will do is locate this directory instead of tf:
tf/custom/mystuff
that should fix it.
I did that, exactly that and it didn't work, it just crashes on startup, or doesn't even start up at all, just says "replacing config", and it breaks my config so I have to replace it again. Validating doesn't fix it either.

Also a possible suggestion for low health and buff:
(...) The dying/buff animation changes the shadow colour and increases the alpha for a second (usually invisible) shadow.

I ended up animating it a bit differently, you can see the result in the newest version. The effect is pretty subtle now, but it should fit nicely with your pulsing hp cross.

These shadow pulses are also enabled for ammo counters now in that alt file.
The file that you want to replace is HudAnimations_tf in /scripts, the alt file begins with "SHADOWPULSE".
I think if you made the green shadow in the buff a tad bit darker it would look better, in my opinion, but looks nice overall.
