Herganlettowill there be multiple tourneys for several skill tiers or just this one solely for open? i don't think that's made clear in the announcement seeing as foreskings are the first team to sign up there
I think the "Open" means that this tournament is open to everyone to join.
The word "Open" in this case means the division. ETF2L Open Tier teams only.

Bucakeprem teams don't really get much out of rolling low teams either, but they signed up nonetheless.
you might as well sign up and just do your best, try to have some fun.
2 shot some prem scout or deny some prem roamer and you'll have some cool stories to tell your buddies
Prem teams get money for beating you. It's just too easy for them if you get alot of low level teams signing up.
