I played a pug with griff and I remember him being super loud and annoying, which led me to consider suicide several times throughout those thirty minutes
Just chatting to him in mumble is enjoyable, however. He's really good at this game. I'm sure he's not as obnoxious in scrims as he was in that pug. Unfortunately my only in-game experience with him was in that pug, and it painted a bad image of him in my mind.
Trilbyplayed a lobby with him and the whole time he pretended to be an iron spy looking for a mentor and was relatively annoying and meme-y.

i put -insecure into my launch options for making fragclips in cs and now my game will not start. It'll say "launching cs:Go" as normal but then after that point my screen goes black as if the game is launching however my game doesn't launch. What do i need to do to launch my game with -insecure?
