I've installed sourcemod and RGL configs. When i exec the RGL 6's cfg, no weapons are in the whitelist. my console spits out the text KeyValues Error: LoadFromBuffer: missing { in file cfg/rgl_whitelist_6s.txt

I'm trying to setup sourcemod on a server that i rented from tragic and my FTP client won't transfer .exe files to the server. My FTP client spits out "550 complie.exe: access denied"
also is there a modern guide to installing sourcemod anywhere? every tutorial i've looked at is really really old
