#48 private music trackers in Music, Movies, TV
dailyWell first of all, MyAnonamouse isn't an "illegal tracker".

haha, okay. i guess paypal freezing their account in 2013 was just a misclick.

anyway, you avoid direct linking websites that want to remain under the radar (like private trackers), so they have less of a google/web crawler presence. don't know how much it helps but there's no downside.

dailyglassanyway, i noticed someone linked directly to myanon up there. don't do that for any illegal tracker. insert a <dot> or something at least. thanks.
I can't tell, but I hope you're joking.

this has been a convention in the scene for the 15 years i have been a part of it.

Well I mean u have to post on tf.tv for tracker recommendations, wait for answers, go to one of their IRCs, wait for someone to talk to you, convince them you're not a leech etc. I assume there's not someone waiting for you in IRC all day? Sounds laborious to me. Maybe it's not, I've never tried, also I never pirated music so idk how bad direct downloads are there.

idle in the interview channel, set a loud ping alert, go back to playing tf2.

i dislike that this conversation is only ever had after a tragedy. that should not be required.

however, if any of you are curious to read more from the side of the conversation that konr is representing above, here: http://www.jihadwatch.com/islam101/

you can disagree with the interpretation, obviously, but it's good to have information to contextualize your agreement/disagreement.

CrenicusglassshorasTalking about blaze, he never seem to be some "star player" to me. He did his job well in a combination with clockwork though. Maybe I didn't pay much attention to him.i voted for blaze because i can't count the number of times watching angry froyo matches through all the shouting and anger in comms, after a disaster mid or whatever, you'd just hear a muttered "med down... scout down"
Is there any videos about it, or did it happen on stream and no one recorded it?

this happened like 350 times.

however while we're here, does anyone have the video of froyo from a couple seasons ago, holding mid on metalworks and blaze does that insane jump from underpass up the ramp onto second and gets two picks right after b4nny says it's a bullshit jump that will never work? i think it was a scrim.

ScrewballDX8 is broken and has been broken for almost a year now.
Just use DX9 and mat_phong 0.

wait, is dx8 not still the best choice for those of us with mediocre laptops? or are you skipping the implied "[if you can run tf2 decently with dx9] just use dx9"

r/trackers sidebar for more info, help setting up irc, etc.

but be a little careful of anyone on tftv who actually sends you an invite, because one of the rules of a lot of trackers is not to allow invite seeking/giving on public forums. and on private trackers, if someone gets banned, sometimes their whole invite tree also does. so trust at your own risk. it's much simpler just to take the pth interview (#3)
