Just1sThere shouldn't be anything wrong with these settings. I've been using the same stuff for quite some time and no teleporting or lagging with 40 or even 60-70 ping.
You should post your net_graph screenshot when you're teleporting maybe someone could help you then
well thats the thing i dont know when im teleporting because for me everything's fine but for people im playing with they see me teleporting and its hard to hit me.
