Recently, I've been getting odd lag spikes where I just drop for half a second every 10-20 seconds.http://imgur.com/Roog5ou This is what is shown on net graph when it happens. If anyone knows what that is or how to fix it I would appreciate any help.

BLoodSirealso guys, MGE might have gone down in a blaze of "unglory" but don't scoff at searching "my gaming edge" in youtube and seeing what's there. There was a lot of good player insight and resources on the site and CB made it all available for free once the site went down. Could be very helpful for beginners and even people looking to up there game. I rememeber the yz50 and clockwork vids really helped me see how other scouts think, and let me expand my playstyle and try new things.
I see it's not what your're looking for, babble, but a good resource to keep in mind :D
As soon as I found out about these I immediately watched as many as I could :P
