Looking to put together some newbie open teams
in
TF2 General Discussion
There are many players lft but not many teams forming. Mixed in with no newbie drive this season and open is looking kinda scarce. Im looking to try to help the team count issue by putting together some teams through a sorta team drive. To signup either tftv pm me or just post a comment in the thread. Give a general idea of what your skill level is and what classes you want to play. Please note that you will be expected to be able to pay for yourself and be able to commit to a standard open schedule.
I will attempt to help lead the teams before gradually handing it off to the leader of the team

Hmm if enough people tftv pm me I could put together a team or two for people who want to play. I have no idea how balanced each of the teams would be since I have no way of checking skill. But if you want to get into open and I get enough pms I will put together a team or two and help set it up.

Most of the top players quit, esea is on life support. The stream of new players into the community has been almost completely cut off, and valve still isnt doing anything.

Ehh there's definitely more then 14 open teams, just a lot of them haven't rostered and signed up. But I definitely think numbers will be down from last season, and a lot less new players in open.
TF2 in other areas of the scene is technically dead. (UGC) but yeah people need to sign up really soon if they plan on playing.
By the looks of it, ESEA may not want to do an extension this season.
Yeah seriously roster up your team if you havent. I also suspect a number of last second teams to form since there's a ton of players lft yet no teams forming.
No but seriously please form a team if you cant find one, theres more then enough good players who dont have a team yet.
