if its not fogCrosshair you need to change it to the name that the crosshair is called

Either with red, brown, or black switches. Black switches with have a more "pounding" noise, whereas the reds will be more "clicky".

Is it possible to please give some people admin so that they can kick/ban and manage people who either are hacking or, like the person I encountered earlier today, are just sitting in spawn running around.
The level 5 restriction has rid the servers of many hackers, but I think there should at least be a few people (moederators, etc) who are able only to kick players from the server.

Yeah like someone above mentioned, I would try and find a team that needs subs (and make sure they will allow you to play in their scrims) so that you can play with good players in a more structured and cohesive setting.
