ok guys heres the thing... i feel like I (and people with the problem) have 3 options.
1. you disable mutlicore rendering, you lose about 50-125 frames at any moment but there is no stuttering
2. you enable mutlicore rendering, you get all your frames but there is the stuttering problem
3. VALVE FIXES THIS FUCKING ANNOYING BUG THAT MAKES THE GAME ALMOST UNPLAYABLE.
you should have shown the stream chat, it went wild. otherwise, great video haha it was a sick match
BitMight be a weak tip, but multicore rendering got a bit messed up after the latest update. I had this issue too until I deselected the multicore rendering option, and it magically resolved the issue.
Or those on Realtek cards, disable hardware acceleration.
(especially if you happen to use XP)

ok but doesnt that mean that youre working off one core of your processor, or am i totally wrong in thinking that.
TO EVERYONE HAVING THIS PROBLEM: switch to dx9, it fixed it for me and if this many ppl are having this problem than this fix makes sense to me as it is very likely that alot of us are on dx8

TheFragileI got a cyst surgically removed from my tailbone back in 2009, so I pretty much had to be on my stomach in bed for at least a week. I could sit pretty comfortably with a pillow for small periods at a time as time progressed, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. I think you'll feel better quicker than you think. Just make sure to carry a pillow with you everywhere, lol.
