I made a similar thread a while back about this--is anyone in the midwest currently getting ping spike problems? I just got off the phone with my ISP and it seems like, again, it's a problem with CenturyLink's bad fiber ring servers.
Please tell me I'm not crazy.

Is it just me or have twitch servers been timing out a lot lately? It seems like most of the time twitch streams just won't load for about five minutes at a time.
