medic is a lot about just positioning, tracking ubers, and movement and it's much more obvious when a medic is inexperienced compared to an experienced one. Most of the time in pugs unless your pocket is flat-out stupid they have some basis on what they complain about and you can always improve. In regards to medic mains dropping out, I feel like it's moreso baised on them refusing to accept mistakes and hearing what others have to say, at least in my short experience with console. The only rework I wanna see happen is something that makes the other melees primaries better so you can diversify how the class participates in fights.
