People harassing players during games should have been told to stop or leave the area. I'm not sure who was the admin there but I saw byte walking around during the coleman/shintaz cast and he did nothing. He has the contacts there and should have done something. If seagull got really angry to the point of almost wanting to hit them then that's called bullying and is 100% not okay.
It's disappointing to see that the Americans are blaming the other people there when it was just a select few of bullies who should have been dealt with.

HKetherFrom my experience AMD cards have this micro stutter problem. I get 300fps and sometimes it will just micro stutter for no reason at all. The only way to fix this is to restart your computer and even then it might not help.

Nope. 6670. I've noticed the same thing though, and it isn't easily reproducible.
Yeah the older amd cards are more prone to this problem. Even in other games I would turn on the fps counter and I'm shocked when it's 120fps+ but it feels so much lower.
I was going to buy a 120hz monitor but after seeing a lot of people complain of it not feeling like 120hz, I'm really hesitant.
