Nilto clarify for whomever this concerns, it doesn't show any preview images in the teamfortress.tv/streams page.
that's a problem on twitch's end which is particularly bad for tf2 as opposed to other games for some reason
you'll see the streams on vanilla have the same problem too:

DynamosaurusIt seems to be causing people watching streams to be redirected to the main page after a few minutes.
BTMPLThe page refreshesh - at leas when watching a stream - booting everyone back to index
refresh on the stream page and it'll fix

TwitchTVJohnHey folks. We're fully aware of this and investigating. Bug soon to be squashed.
PS - if anyone having issues wants to test something for me.. Highlight the entire VoD and see if it has sound.
it does have sound but a direct to youtube upload sometimes causes massive audio desync
