it's not even that they are liberal. It's that they are liberal but can't stand it when someone posts an opinion that isn't liberal. If so, no that's a bad idea. Your body needs food so that it can function throughout the day, skipping meals will only cause you to get tired and lazy.
Also, people can give you all the advice in the world to help you but only you can decide to act upon it. No other way around it really. Another thing about losing weight is you need to stick to the healthy eating habits/lifestyle. So many people go on 'diets' to lose weight only to go back to their old lifestyle a few weeks/months later and put it all back on.
My last tip for losing weight is to avoid b4nny's streams because they contain a lot of salt
your body really doesn't need to eat all that regularly unless you're hella out of shape OR a pussy (or working manual labor)
3 meals is bad for most overweight people because a fair portion of people who are pushing up on obese struggle with portion control rather than grazing, and 3 meals will just exacerbate it. The rest of your advice is also retarded pseudoscience. Counting calories is all you need to lose weight

Hallowcoke zero is really underrated. black coffee is good and all but a half gallon of coke zero will keep you busy for your entire fasting period
soda in general is really too sweet and the carbonation hurts my throat. I've been reccing it to people shitloads tho and my dad had some luck with it. Sweet tea is fucking great when i wanna drink something that's not bitter/water. coffee also dehydrates me and makes me shit in the morning so when i weight myself it shows progress more clearly
biggest thing about fasting is keeping busy and keeping temptation out of the way. I usually preplan and precook my meals a day or two ahead so i don't splurge like an idiot
vaping is a really different feeling on the lungs than just smoking, like its a lot more of a tickle than a burn but its a very severe feeling. also the high is a lot more mellow and less sudden.

and tbh if i was actually looking for help tf.tv isn't a bad place to start w/ something simple. Most of the people here either exercise regularly or have experience in dieting and could offer personal experiences or advice. Obv losing weight is about eating less but there's plenty more to it than that. I had the best luck with intermittent fasting and black coffee but water and pure calorie counting works better for others. Having an open dialogue and being able to ask questions is actually really important for people looking to lose weight
