reddit CS players and tf2 players care, because we don't take TF2 seriously, as like a professional thing. Half the people above IM in CS are trying to play the game on a pro team, and to that goal they'll suffer anything basically. The question is whether or not the open and pug CS players will quit (they won't)

u wouldnt be giving up LAN so there's less of a chance of invite players being unwilling to switch.

this would make the game more easy to play. You wouldn't have to worry about starting the client or logging in and its one less thing to micromanage on your way to a pug. Unfortunately, lpkane cant sell anything at all, so he really did this the wrong way imo. A small essay about the difficulty of deterring cheaters and coming up with some asinine benefits for an always on service might've made it a little easier to swallow ???

i doubt most people are terribly concerned with the bitcoin thing tbh. apart from the horrible customer service we all expect from esea, the apprehension personally comes from degraded game performance. Ed struggles to get 80 frames at 480p, and on client he gets 60. Being able to turn that off to lobby or pug is a nice thought, having it always on and degrading performance is unideal imo
