You don't but to be honest the Escape Plan was fairly broken. Mini crits won't have that much of an effect but will help make it more balanced.
I don't need to be killed by 3 damage pot shots from a scout across the map.

What do you mean?
Saw this post on reddit and wanted your guys' opinion.
Is high level sniping like MGE sniping?
where you always wait for the other guy to scope (or fake scope), and shoot him while he isn't moving, and MGE snipers often follow their shot with a jump (or a duck).
But in plat/IM/Invite, i rarely see sniper jumping or fakescoping, so how would one sniper kill another sniper when both snipers are focusing each other?
I have the same problem. My game runs fine then for a split second or two, the game gets super laggy and my ping jumps from around 30 to 200+, then after like 2 seconds it goes back down.
It's really annoying.
Any help is appreciated.
