Also, please don't tell your pubber friends about this server.
I would like to limit this to tf.tv only, so i can have the peace of mind knowing that if i need the server for a scirm or something i won't have some 12 year old refusing to leave.

Server is hosted in dallas.
It will be our match server, but we don't have matches/scrims 24/7, so...I'll be running full time MGE on it for whoever wants to come and chill!
It's only 12 slots :P, but free for anyone to use.
One requirement though, is that if we need it for a scrim, you guys would need to leave.
I feel that this is a great way to just start meeting new people in the community.
Will post server info if this gets any interest
Edit: +frags are great but it would be nice if you could comment so I can have a better idea of who's interested
2nd edit: if enough people use it, we will consider getting a larger server to host more players

PacifistI installed win 8 for my new desktop, after using win 7 a lot.
Win 8 is a straight upgrade, except the UI is a bit confusing.
But you can install software to get it back to win 7 UI.
The boot time is amazing. I don't know if its the better parts, but its booting in less than 10 seconds, making installation of drivers and other applications less frustrating.
I will be using an SSD for OS, so boot time should be pretty fast regardless

BenroadsYou should not need to restart TF2 for anything involving scripts, do make sure you have saved the cfg file AND re execed it via the console.
If you're using mousewheel this might work out better for you.

jsut did. doesn't seem to work. sens stays at 4.2 on both wep slots.
Do you use quickswitch to change weapons?
I use mwheelup for slot 1, mwheeldown for slot 3, and mouse 3 for slot 2
