Completely new map pool for ESEA

Every time a new map is thrown in people cry about for that week, we vote it out next season, repeat. I don't see a problem with the current maps. Maybe if we started testing some new ones instead of looking at screenshots and going oh hey that looks cool lets vote out gpit/viaduct/metalworks for this! Just my 2 cents.
