panthera_tigrisI don't have vsync on, and I have tried changing the usb ports. I really really really would not like to change my sensitivity... I don't think I'll ever get used to the high sens again.

it sounds like you're hitting the max speed of your mouse and as such its experiencing negative mouse accel or something, but then you say it moves a few seconds after you stop so it sounds like input lag.
maybe a mixture of both, have you tried changing your sens to one that doesnt require you to move your mouse as fast? or tried a different usb port?

KanecoSoapNot to sound like a jerk, but you guys should really watch a stream when they go over demo reviews. Or even watch some of the dream hack VODs. The CS meta is far and beyond more advanced that what you guys are describing, especially if we compare to tf2.Ever since I watched this video which completly blew my mind I have a newfond respect for the cs meta. I was very unfamiliar with it because I have never played any CS until GO but have been playing GO lately and I love it, just wish the hit registration wasn't so jerky, its really bad when bullets dont really hit in the crosshair like intended but instead deviate from it. Im fine with recoil and all that but the xhair should follow the recoil pattern every time.
It seems to me that you guys have only played match making if you think this way. Crosshair placement over aim, nade angles, map knowledge, defense positions etc. I don't know even 5% of it.
the games has some problems; certain guns are amazing (p90 is WAY too good for its price) and others are shit (deagle might be the worst gun in the game), hit detection is REALLY inconsistent (as videos throughout this thread have shown) maybe even more so than TF2s array of hit detection oddities, some maps are horribly imbalanced (see: any cs_ map)
but whatever, still somehow manages to be fun.

hektikI don't get how people like to camp crates and click heads of stationary crouched enemies. The game's all aim and last time I checked the shots didn't even go under the crosshair...
It's as deep as those flash games where you have to click little circles
i thought it was all aim until i started playing it recently, its more about mind games than it is about aim, IMO, when to use nades, how to spend money, when to spend money, which weapons are best for where, etc.

vilei'm not a fan of this style of editing in sniper videos because it doesn't show the mouse movements prior to the headshots. it feels more like a "confirmation" of the frags rather than a showcase of the beauty of the frags. it just feels overdone. just my two cents. i enjoyed it though.

DevonYou could easily get your questions answered just by googling them, but for your convenience:
450 / 1150 / 2300 DPI adjustment. You simply tap the button on the back of your mouse to change DPI settings. 450 = red, 1150 = purple, 2300 = blue.
As for the usb report rate, you change report rates you must (if I remember correctly) press one of mouse4(?) along side mouse1 for a specific report rate, same goes with mouse 2/3.
As for acceleration, no. However The dpi compared to other mice isn't very accurate according to my sources, so 450 dpi may be 460/470. But it shouldn't be hard to adapt to such a small change.

this is all true except for the polling rate, which is really just explained in a strange way so ill elaborate:
you change the polling rate of any zowie mouse by unplugging it then plugging it back in while holding down specific mouse buttons for each polling rate (125Hz might be mouse1+4, 500Hz might be mouse2+4, etc.) the three polling rate steps are 125Hz, 500Hz and 1000Hz

foreverOk, if you guys are right about him ddosing finals and you're sure about it, I agree that's a really scummy thing to do. I just don't agree with the dozens of people today who blamed hacks for losing in mge.
I lose in mge all the time but I still know when I lose to hacks lol, you dont even have to watch a demo to be able to tell if someone is hacking most of the time...
