24oh if you have a spy silhouette disable thing script in your hudlayout.res, remove it. If I remember correctly, that will interfere with the targetid.plan changed huds (even default)

ive tried messing with floating target ids, changed huds (even default), etc. nothing works it started happening a week or two ago. i cant even see my medics health or uber % when im being healed
any help would be appreciated!!

edit: fixed for some reason a gfx cfg set my tf_hud_target_id_offset to -1000
