then how do i get my game to not launch in 1280x720 every time i launch

ok this got ever weirder
like 1 minute ago i was launching with wonderlands instructions of

and the problem persisted
i then deleted my hud and it worked
then with default hud i put -refresh 144 back in and it didnt work
removed -refresh 144 and it worked again
added hud back without 144 and it works

i have now found out that when launching with default hud everything works
i guess it was just rays hud???
but that doesnt really make sense because ive used rayshud b4 and never had this problem

it will launch but it launches in 1280x720 and i have to change it every time

my res isnt higher than my native 1

i can launch fullscreen 1280x720 and tab in and out just fine

aero didnt do anything
launching windowed and switching to fullscreen worked but i cant launch in fullscreen

i did try it and it didnt change anything

it works in windowed but i want to play in fullscreen

yeah i dont have it in my launch options
would that cause me to not be able to open my game window?

it happens when i dont remove it

when i try to launch my game in dx8 it tabs me out and doesnt let me tab back in
this happens even when i remove -dxlevel 81 from my launch options after initial launch
