FYI, if you fail an AP exam, just take the equialvalent credit course at a local community college because 90% of the time, all the answers are on quizlet. It's also way shorter in duration, typically 4-5 weeks while an AP course takes an entire school year to prepare for.

Is this the earliest mention of ctapping? It was published on Jan 1, 2010 but assuming it took a few days to create the video, it looks like the jump community discovered ctapping sometime in late 2009.
