idk if u actually mean black bars instead of those "horizontal lines" u re talking bout , check out ur amd video options , i can disable those horizontal lines on there , used to have the same problem as you, so check out ur amd gpu settings and if that doesnt solve it search through ur monitor settings , anything that is related to resolution as well as x-pos y-pos etc , in mine for example i can get those horizontal lines off by changing the "image size" (which is a function within the monitor and too many monitors has them)

this happens to me as well , never knew why :(

the hud am 100 percent sure is sunsethud but the match hud is modified , check swissolos or whatever his name is he probably provided that matchhud with a shit ton of other matchuds

once u done with it send a dl link shit looks sick
