I'm looking to add options to enable these reduced graphics options, and along with the general performance improvements, DX8 shouldn't be needed anymore and can be stripped out for even greater performance.

TwiggyGritomaTwiggya former friendwell yeah we were teammates a couple years back when he was still in europe but he deleted me on steam several months ago for some reason. you know how it goes, when teammates aren't stuck together to play or hit off really well to become close friends this is not the kind of relationship that lasts too long.
he was like 16 by that time, I remember him as a very good medic, not raging, good comms, focused. He liked to play the obnoxious kid in chat and between games and some teammates were annoyed, but i dont recall hearing him say insulting shit about teammates or opponents (not unlike all the euros spamming the n word in voice chat nowadays) despite being obnoxious in chat. I guess he has not grown up yet despite paying to play the league lol

$200 is such a small budget that it is unlikely you'll be able to get anything beyond the basics. With a budget this low, you may be better off googling something like "gaming pc extreme budget build", as there really aren't many options for parts in your price range.

had this same issue for a long time, only thing that fixed it for me was closing steam client bootstrapper through task manager. this would fix it for like an hour, then id have to close it again.

illyaif you run full time sniper, like 80% of teams won't want to scrim you again

in 1 season of playing with 2 sniper mains (not fulltiming it outside of product), i got 5 "we are never scrimming you again"s. You seriously need to either drug the enemy team leader or have a deep reserve of opponents to have scrims after the first week.
