It's pay to win, but with the ruleset they have in place they provide fully bought out accounts, ultimately if you show up and are play the best you'll win. In terms of ranked, lots of it does come down to money after a certain point.

Not sure if it has anything to do with the nickname change, but the reason I saw you streaming outlast yesterday was because you were on the bar, so it's possible it was just being glitchy.

Please don't get coaches that are open players or whatever the equivalent is in UGC (Like Silver I think), I tried to show a friend that was new to TF2 competitive newbie mixes, he did one and the coach turned out to be a clueless mid-open player. I know I'm part of the problem since I'm not coaching, but maybe the line was set a bit too low in the past.
