#43 Papa John's supporting esports in Off Topic

John Schnatter lives like 30 minutes away from me. Not like I'd go persuade him to support Tf2, but i'm just pointing this out.

#11 Transporting computer to college? in Off Topic

if you have the room, I would honestly take it apart and transport the components separately instead of letting the parts jiggle around inside the ports, potentially snapping; but that's most likely to be due to a bulky, high profile GPU. Not like it's common, but be better safe than sorry that way.

#13 Android Phones in Hardware

Thanks for all the info, read it all and I'm confident HTC One will be the right one for me, I'll definitely check out the Nexus 4 but I'm big on battery life. I'll most likely be at a retail store this evening and can check them all out. You guys are awesome.

Going to be switching to AT&T, my dad just got a job as a tech and we get a huge discount for it, versus our current which is T-Mobile as of this second.

#1 Android Phones in Hardware

I guess this should go into Hardware.

I'm updating my archaic phone soon, and I need an Android v4.0+ phone. Primarily because I need to test applications on it. Mostly for OpenGL stuff. Anyways, I'm going to be picking up a phone later today and I need some recommendations (I haven't really done my homework, been looking into Convertible PCs as of late). I'm not sure what to really look for into a phone since they aren't really the center of my focus ever, hoping to get some insight here. Texting machine, play a game or two on it, be able to call is about the three things that I need on my phone. Googling can give me what is most commonly purchased, but not something that will give me insight on what's useful for me. I know phones nowadays can have text editors, so it'd be cool to be able to write pseudo code while I'm not at home and mess with it when I get home; I would like to find something that is mostly about performance over it's capacity for photos and shit. If anybody can give me a few phones to look at before this evening, i'd appreciate it.

#7 yahud in Customization

hey grillz mb it'll hlp u c stickiez beter dont drop fool

hud looks really nice btw; I do think the black background can be reduced in size a bit, just at a glance it feels blocky and too big. But that's a personal thing as I like huds centered on minimalism as opposed to some visual symmetry and themes. It's very clean though and the positioning of the numbers make for effortless information reading.
