#18 The State of ESEA-Invite (a nerd essay) in TF2 General Discussion
yoonaanother one of these threads.
the same thing has been said over and over and yet nobody will ever do a thing about it, tf2 is seen as too much of a joke by everyone for there to be any change. if the intention was to genuinely keep teams alive and try to play at the top level, then nobody would sandbag, but it happens continuously.

I never really understood the appeal of sandbagging either. Wouldn't you rather have the highest possible participation rather than a open playoff medal? And where's the enjoyment or improvement in it?

twiikuuOption C

Option C is a nice one. I like option C and I doubt there's anyone who doesn't. But option C takes a lot of time, which means quite a few more seasons to Froyo. Additionally, it would have to lead into option A itself, otherwise we end up with great mix teams.

I think A is the most likely, most friendly and most enjoyable thing that could happen to the game as a spectator sport.

I genuinely believe that Froyo wasn't actually at its top though; it's just that other teams also weren't. After the finals, Nursey also tweeted about today's game and how she felt about it.

#11 Would this run most games? in Hardware

tungsten I really don't understand what you are supposed to be upset about here. Setsul brought his information across in a very normal way. Aggressive? Yes, but all the relevant is there completely in the front.

What is concealing about this?:

setsulIt would run, but it's definitely not the "Best Gaming PC Build Under $600 of 2018 (RIP CONSOLE)" because it's not even a good build.

He answers the question AND provides an explanation for his answer. If you need a cheatsheet to determine if "yeah lets do X because fuck Y" is a sarcastic remark then I don't know what to say.

Also if you think the entire point of the "Ban Pred and Degu" thread is people being nicer in general then you couldn't have missed the point any more than you did. Congratulations on that. Now could you please get yourself back on-topic.

#5 Braided cables sucking ass in Hardware
ondkajahttps://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSCL13I1JLUPlesKJSNsxIvnnwRfYTt4mQcFxGIyYZxjRBSKcgNUA

You can twist the 3.5mm plug that goes into this thing to untangle it.

I'm pissed off because I didn't think of this.

Dr_SpamomanIf you rotate your headset when you put it down, you should rotate it the other way when you pick it up. if you rotate it the same way everytime it will turn into spagetti

I mean yeah, this is true. But the thing is, even if I put it down with the earcups facing away from me (so pulling it straight from my face not twisting it at all) and later putting them back on, they somehow get twisted. This always happens with braided cables and I don't understand why.

#1 Braided cables sucking ass in Hardware

Got some HyperX Cloud II's the other day. Great sound, bit bassy. Mic's meh but I have a snowball on the side, so this one's purely for people who don't want to hear me hammering down on my keyboard after every death.

However, it comes with this thick braided cable. I thought these things were supposed to help against entanglement, but it seems like this shitstring of a rope just makes it worse. Every time I put it down and pick it back up I have to twist it back like three times, otherwise the cable bends straight up and gets in my way. Is this a "just me" experience or does anyone else think these cables suck ass?

#13 Comfortable chair in Hardware
Twiggywhat about the scandinavian "chairs" where you rest your knees on and without any back support? If your back hurts, that might be sign weakened muscles this kind of "chair" could solve (if you're against the yoga ball for obvious reasons)

so, stools?
