It's not 1776 anymore and if the founding fathers could look at our modern situation I'd like to imagine that they'd be reasonable, compromising people.
the only way to create more gun control in this country is to arm the people conservatives are scared of
give every black and brown person a gun and we'll have stricter gun control within a month

you can build a desktop + get a setup for like half or maybe even a third of a price of a laptop with similar specs
shit, buying premades is still cheaper
to answer your question i have an i5-4460 and a gtx 960 that are both 3 years old and i run tf2 at ~200fps and you can probably get a setup for that for less than $800
