Windows 10 increases input lag ?

Okay so basically i found out today that apparently running tf2 in window'd mode on windows 10 increase's input lag. Can some one verify this .
And so i went back to full screen and every time i alt tab out or another way to get of tf2 my screen goes black until i alt back in . And the problem is even if i alt back into tf2 and press quite my computer screens stays permanently black. i tried ctrl+alt+delete , still didn't work . I looked around for fixes but most of them are outdated and they usually just tell them to run it on window'd mode. Anyone figured out fixes for this ?

RentQNrocketslayslightly unrelated but is it possible to have hitnumbers?
Would like to know that aswell. I think it would be so much more enjoyable to watch matches if you could see hit numbers.
First of all Source tv dosnt show damage the hit numbers.
Secondly It will be a huge clusterfuck during midfights or any sorts of pushes as since everyone will be doing damage to everyone. This will cause the stream to look more unattractive.

Gemmellnessmonthly post on here just pointing out some gameserver stuff that takes 5 mins to fix but hasnt yet:
- snakewater is still on u10 when final1 is the updated version
- sunshine's still on rc9 when cp_sunshine is the updated version
- granary's still on rc3 when rc4 is the updated version
- im willing to bet metalworks is out of date but its never played in eu (updated version is cp_metalworks)
- soapdm would be very nice thing to have in the year 2016

Disabled cp_granary and cp_badlandsFor real though
Maps will continue to enter and exit this list over time
I feel like sigafoo had an effect on this , with his recent visit to valve headquarters.
