Honestly, I am glad I never took part in esea now don't know if I'll ever sign-up for esea after this either. Personally I feel that ESEA owes their subscribers more than "$280" which the subscribers have no way in knowing if it was that amount or more. Not to mention they did shorten the life of every gpu involved, plus increased everyones electric bill without prior notice.
This is almost as bad as what Infinite would do. (if not worse)
CEVO might just have a chance at becoming a top-league again if people get upset enough over it.

People might be able to sue for Damages to hardware and increased Electric bills. What their ToS does is cover their asses from people suing for their subscription fees, not damages / increased cost of maintenance (from using their client as intended).
