Lerp stuck at 50

So I have cl_interp 0.033 and cl_interp_ratio 1 in autoexec, but I can't get my lerp lower than 50. Anyone know what I could do to lower it?

Monitors. Left is a BenQ 2420z, right is a ViewSonicVP920b (???)
Peripherals. Razer Mamba, Razer BlackWidow Ultimate, Steelseries QcK, Logitech G35. Backlit keys always look bad in low quality pictures. Also small amounts of popcorn always looks disgusting.
Computer. $1200 build, nice old solid but simple case. That's my wifi antenna on top. Also some of my comics.

ok so when you would sign up for a lego.com account back in the day they let you make your own virtual minifigure to be your avatar. for whatever reason i ended up making this guy with sunglasses and an old-timey two-piece swimsuit (exactly like the guy on the left's) and sunglasses (like this).
then in a rare moment of 8-year-old rationality, i named my account after my minifigure. now because the way minifigure bodies are shaped he looked fat swimmer. in addition, to my 8-year-old brain, "dude" meant "cool guy" (since all the cool kids called each other "dude"), and of course sunglasses = cool guy. so, fat swim dude. *invalid characters, spaces are not allowed*. fatswimdude.
