Could you stop locking rosters so one person doesn't kill an invite team halfway through the season?
this season for csgo within 3 hours of rosters locking, one player left a top invite teams (Team4Not) to join team Dynamic. Team4Not had used all of there team transactions and could not add a 5th; even if they could find one. Both of these teams were most likely going to lan. Do not act like this is a tf2 only problem.

and it is more than just a tf2 problem obviously
