Demostf plugin not uploading consistently on NFO

Hey, I have been trying to get the demos plugin to work on my NFO server but I can't seem to get it to upload consistently. It uploads maybe 1 in 10 games. Most of the time I get the cURL error coe 28 or 26. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it but I just can't seem to get it to work. I even contacted the developer Icewind and he said there is no issues on the server side. After being fed up I got a new server from a different host and literally copy pasted the files to that server and everything works fine. Then I noticed that my friends that use NFO servers also have the same issue.
TLDR; Demos plugin specifically doesnt work on NFO servers
Is there anyone here that uses NFO servers and gets the demos to upload everytime?

yea my bad bro its too dang hot out here so i had my fan on. I normally use the nvidia rtx voice thing for my noise suppresion and that shit is nuts..it just seems to fuck up with nvidia shadowplay even though I have it set as my default mic in windows settings and in shadowplay too. shadow play just reverts back to my raw mic input. :/

Can anyone explain why that happened? Does steam kick you for shitposting? First time I have seen that.
Edit: It says scp 1337 left the game (scp 1337 has been contained shitposting iminent)
